Like most nonprofits, our services wouldn’t be possible without the generous support and assistance of many people. If you’d like to help out, here are a few of the best ways to do so:
Volunteer!
We’re looking for web developers and designers to help us implement digital versions of our very successful manual lending and financial coaching processes, so that we can start to scale up our operations across multiple storefronts and/or other locations. In-kind and equipment donations
Late model laptops and desktops in good condition — of any brand or operating system — are incredibly useful to help us stay current technologically as we grow (thanks to TechSoup for the support so far!); anything we can’t use directly, we reformat and give to our low-income customers. Also, free hosting and other web services help us keep costs down (thanks to Google for making its Apps suite available to nonprofits at no charge!) so if you know of any great opportunities, we’d love to hear about them!
Donate $
Financial support is always the most useful, as it allows us to proactively invest in growing the availability of our services. Although our model provides for our low fee and interest structure to support the daily operations of our storefront and staff, in order to ensure a bright future for non-profit lending, we’ll need every cent possible.
